Sara Gojanaj is the founder and principal of Regal Development, a New York–based firm focused on delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects. With a background spanning sales leadership, operations, and strategic planning, she brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to development, guiding projects from early concept through execution and completion.

Before launching Regal Development, Sara spent over a decade leading business development and large-scale project initiatives in New York City’s commercial real estate and building services sectors. In senior leadership roles, she managed complex portfolios, built long-standing client partnerships, and helped deliver projects across millions of square feet of commercial space.

Sara’s work is grounded in the belief that successful projects require thoughtful planning, strong communication, and careful execution. Through Regal Development, she focuses on building projects that are well-run, well-designed, and responsive to the needs of both clients and the communities they serve.

In addition to her professional work, Sara is actively engaged in civic and community leadership, serving in governance and budget-related roles in Westchester County.
